My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable for the 3 nights I was there. The service offered both highs and lows, with some unfriendliness encountered and some standout moments of going above and beyond. The location was perfect, especially for visiting the zoo on a Sunday when most shops are closed, and it was conveniently close to transportation options. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit various dietary needs. Overall, a great value for money with some minor downsides.

The hotel rooms were well appointed and quiet, providing robes and slippers for the spa that we enjoyed every day; however, they were not cleaned well, which was a bit disappointing. The service was very accommodating and friendly, but some items were not refilled promptly, and the dishes were not changed daily. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main shopping area and close to public transportation, although surrounded by touristy places.
